This is a wonderful time in your life. To love and to be loved is one of the best experiences we humans can have. One of the central insights of our faith is this - "God is love. Those who abide in love abide in God and God in them." (John 4:16)
Queen of All Saints eagerly awaits the special day of your wedding! We want to assist you in every way possible.
The information here is intended to help you plan your sacred celebration.
“The intimate community of life and love which constitutes the married state has been established by the creator and endowed by Him with its own proper laws…God Himself is the author of marriage.” (Vatican II, GS 48)
Marriage is a Sacrament, a sacred event elevated by Christ! Not only will you be able to publicly express your love to each other, but you will also be expressing your love of God, and your desire to be a model of God’s love to the world. Faith and the expression of that faith, in word and deed are already instrumental in your life. You will be proclaiming God’s intricate participation in your relationship.
The people and staff of Queen of All Saints Basilica promise their prayers and support as you begin your period of preparation.
NOTE: To schedule a wedding, the bride, groom or their parents must be registered parishioners of Queen of All Saints. The couple must schedule an initial meeting with one of the parish priests to set the wedding date.
