QAS School Council
The QAS School Council acts as an advisory council to the Pastor and Principal in school matters. Subcommittees such as Finance, Long Range Planning, and Public Relations report their findings to the whole Council, Pastor, and Principal. The Council participates in the Archdiocesan Principal Performance Review Process. They also review and advise on the school budget, tuition rates, and other sources of financing. The Council meets once a month on the third Tuesday of the month from September through May plus additional Committee meetings as necessary.

QASPA
QASPA The mission of Queen of All Saints Parent Association (QASPA) is to support the role and responsibilities of parents as the primary educators of their children in Christian values and principles; to facilitate communication, service opportunities and assistance from parents to the parish, school, religious education and staff; and, to enhance communication and socialization among parents and facilitate social activities for parents and their families.

QASPA is a parish-wide organization which sponsors many activities and events throughout the year from parent/child outings like the Father/Son Bike Ride to grade level and family masses and receptions throughout the year. QASPA also sponsors many school activities for the children such as special lunch days and the annual talent show, plus many holiday events such as Candles and Carols. QASPA publishes the parent directory for school and religious education, as well as quarterly newsletters to keep all parents informed of events that have recently occurred and those that are coming up. Finally, QASPA sponsors the semi-annual teacher/religious education funds and all teacher appreciation luncheons.

The QASPA Board meets the first Monday of each month to update Board Members on recent events, plan for upcoming events and exchange ideas for new events and activities. Each event that is sponsored by QASPA is developed and executed by two to five Board Members, along with any other parent volunteers who express an interest in helping on specific activities.

This organization is for all Queen of All Saints parents! If anyone is interested in volunteering to help with any events, has any questions or suggestions regarding QASPA or would like to join the Board, please contact any QASPA Board Member. QASPA provides an ideal opportunity to meet and work with other parents in the parish.

Respect Life
At Queen of All Saints, the Respect Life ministry is involved in projects either with the parish or the archdiocese. These projects are generally initiated by the archdiocesan Respect Life Office.

"The most fundamental building block of a just social order is respect for human life. Until men and women individually and collectively make a profound commitment to the value and dignity of all human life, we will never find the true peace, justice and reconciliation God desires for us." (Standing for the Unborn, statement by the Jesuit Conference Board, March 25, 2003)
