A Note From Our Principal

Happy Catholic Schools Week!

Since 1974, National Catholic Schools Week has been the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. The theme for 2022 is “Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.” As we observe this special week, we call attention to the qualities and values that make Catholic schooling such an important ministry of Queen of All Saints Parish.  

We are blessed that our parish has a school to call its own,  and we are proud of our excellent school for its high academic standards, its distinctly Catholic environment, its strong commitment to Christ-centered values, its quality extracurricular and co-curricular offerings, and its family-centered community.  We certainly appreciate all that the parishioners do to support and promote Queen of All Saints School.

QAS will observe the annual celebration week with Mass, open houses and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members. Through these events, schools focus on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our church, our communities and our nation: 

Sunday: Celebrating our Parish

• 11am Mass celebrated both in-person and live-streamed
• Open House for prospective and new families 12:15-1:30pm

Monday: Celebrating our Faith Partners

• QAS Trivia begins
• Buddy faith-partner Zoom

Tuesday: Celebrating our Parents

• Students honor their parents’ investment in Catholic education

Wednesday: Celebrating those who support our school

• Students honor volunteers and other QAS community members

Thursday: Celebrating our Students

• Special assembly with guest speaker, sponsored by QASPA
• Dress-down and no homework

Friday: Celebrating our Faculty and Staff

• Students honor their teachers’ dedication to QAS
• Teacher Appreciation Lunch provided by QASPA

Saturday: Celebrating our Families

• Plan a special meal, treat or activity that brings the family together

It will be a great week and an important time to reflect on what makes our school special. Thanks again to the parish for its continued support of its Catholic school.
