Eucharistic Ministers Needed

Eucharistic Ministers:
 The Greatest Gift You Can Give Is Jesus
 
We are in need of many new ministers to distribute Holy Communion to the people of God. Jesus took, blessed and broke bread at the Last Supper. He feeds us who hunger for his Body and Blood. Just as he instructed his apostles to do the same, so the church entrusts the Body and Blood of Christ to ministers, who then give them to the faithful at Mass.
 
Eucharistic ministers are not scheduled. You simply sign up for a station at whatever Mass you attend. This ministry is open to all baptized Catholics in good standing, high school age or older. You need to attend one session for training and formation to get started. All sessions will be in the basilica.
 
Tuesday, September 10 at 7 pm
Thursday, September 12 at 4 pm
Saturday, September 14 at  11:30 am
