We look ahead just 10 days knowing that our Christmas collection, one of our two largest special collections of the year, is a necessary part of our ability to support the many ministries, liturgies, and outreach that touch us throughout the year, in both our good times and in our difficult times. The dedication of the people of Queen of All Saints to maintain and grow our faith community has always been a hallmark of our parish.
As you look around the basilica with a new-found sense of joy and fellowship this Christmas, we hope you appreciate the work of those who came before us, who sat in the same pews we sit in today.
We hope you also remember the many times our parish has touched our lives, from the very young to the very old. Our parish remains our anchor, not just as a symbol of our faith but more importantly as an actual force in our lives as we live the words of Christ for each other.
Throughout the wonderful history of our parish there has been an uninterrupted series of very positive responses to calls for support.
We know that the challenges we face today will be met with the same success that our predecessors in this parish achieved!
Whatever your decision, please know that we are always grateful for your full participation in the stewardship of our parish life—time, talent and treasure—including: · our attendance at Mass, · our volunteer work in our many parish ministries, and · our financial support.
Thank you for all you do for our parish and please know that you are always welcome here.
