Communion to the Homebound

Please call the parish office at 773-736-6060 if you or someone you know is seriously ill or homebound and would like to receive Communion. We will add you/their name and address to the Homebound list. Communion to the Homebound is on the first and third Sundays of the month after the 9:00 am Mass.
