Since 1974, National Catholic Schools Week has been the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. We take this week to celebrate what makes Queen of All Saints School uniquely special. We are blessed that our parish has a school to call its own, and we are proud of our excellent school for its high academic standards, its distinctly Catholic environment, its strong commitment to Christ-centered values, its quality extracurricular and co-curricular offerings, its family-centered community, and its beautiful campus and exceptional facilities. We are a vibrant and thriving school with an enrollment of 565. We certainly appreciate all that the parishioners do to support and promote Queen of All Saints School.
Our school theme this year is: Stronger Together. There are many applications and interpretations of this theme. At the heart of it, it is about building community and a positive school culture within our classes and school. In terms of our Catholic faith, there are implications for “Stronger Together” through our relationships with God, through prayer, and through celebrating the Eucharist. “Stronger Together” invites our community to also recognize that our individual talents and unique gifts should be celebrated and cherished as a body of people who all contribute those talents and unique gifts to the school community. As we observe this special week, we call attention to the QAS qualities and values that strengthen the parish and make Catholic schooling such an important ministry of Queen of All Saints Parish.
QAS will observe the annual celebration week with Mass, open house and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members. Through these events, schools focus on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our Church and our communities:
