Regular readers of this page in our weekly bulletin know that we always present an honest assessment of our parish finances and our goals for our shared future.
Let’s all carefully consider what we have read and heard and take an honest look at how our lives have been blessed by God. Then we can consider how we might repay those blessings with generosity to our parish and the many ways in which we can help and assist each other.
In addition to the continued support of the wide range of ministries in our parish life, we especially ask everyone to consider the need to replenish our savings to repay the costs of extensive repairs to our basilica in recent years, including the basilica ceiling, bell tower, and windows. All of these were unexpected, yet very significant, capital needs to maintain our magnificent basilica in which we worship.
Throughout the wonderful history of our parish there has been an uninterrupted series of very positive responses to calls for support. We know that the challenges we face today will be met with the same success that our predecessors in this parish achieved!
Whatever your decision, please know that we are always grateful for your full participation in the stewardship of our parish life—time, talent and treasure—including:
our attendance at Mass,
our volunteer work in our many parish ministries, and
our financial support.
Thank you for all you do for
our parish and please know that
you are always welcome here!
