We all need time off to recharge and refresh. Enjoy your respite from your usual work and then plan to rejoin our parish community with a new sense of joy and wonder at God’s gifts to us.
We deeply appreciate the generous gifts of all the sponsors of the 2023 United Parish Program. Queen of All Saints parish is grateful for your support and generosity.
We are already looking forward to June and the rest and relaxation of summer. Maybe we’re feeling rested after the cautious reopening of our lives after that seemingly too long COVID restriction. Maybe we’re planning long dreamed-of vacations or staycations.
Registration for 2023-2024 is now open! The QASRE program begins at kindergarten and goes through eighth grade. Our program focuses on building a relationship with Christ as your children grow in their discipleship.
On the Friday after the Kentucky Derby, our parish had our derby-themed UPP "Off to the Races" Gala at the Chateau Ritz. Over 450 parishioners, friends, and visitors, most dressed for the occasion with hats and fascinators, gathered to celebrate our community. The Teacher Fund for Excellence was started in 2022 to support our teachers for their commitment to Catholic education. Under the direction of the pastor, principal, school council and finance council, the fund provides annual supplemental income for our dedicated teachers...
There are fewer more nurturing words than 'time to eat.' Having someone caring enough to cook a meal to feed body and soul is welcome. So, Jesus' invitation to his disciples "come and have breakfast" after a long night of fishing must have been an irresistible invitation. This weekend 95 of our second graders were invited to the table to receive the Eucharist, the gift of Christ himself, for the first time. Encouraged by their parents and prepared by their teachers, they joyfully accepted the invitation.
