Sacramental Records - We have retained records of the sacraments that have been celebrated for parishioners over the years, including Baptisms, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, Weddings and Funerals. A person may need a sacramental certificate to verify their baptism or confirmation, as they prepare for marriage, or when they will serve as a sponsor for a candidate for Confirmation. To obtain sacramental records pertaining to your family, please contact our parish office at 773-736-6060 or [email protected] with details of what is needed.
